- Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh delivers a speech at general debate of 77th Session of United Nations General Assembly (Nhan dan, P1).

- Vietnamese Party enhances cooperation with political parties worldwide (Nhan dan, P8). A delegation from the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), headed by Tran Duc Thang, member of the CPV Central Committee and Vice Chairman of its Inspection Commission, joined 200 delegates from political parties of 30 countries at an international conference themed "Political parties and a new society" in Mexico City from September 22-24.

- Washington Times publishes article showing support for Vietnam’s candidacy for United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) for 2023-2025 term (Nhan dan, P8).

- Race against Storm Noru (Nhan dan, P8). According to the National Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting, it is expected that Storm Noru, the fourth to enter the East Sea, with very strong intensity will make landfall in the central region.

- Cambodian cultural week programme to take place in HCM City, Tra Vinh from September 27 to October 2 (Quan doi Nhan dan, P8).

- Accelerating investment and exploitation of civil aviation (Ha Noi Moi, P3). The Government’s Office has just issued Notice No. 298/TB-VPCP dated September 24 on the conclusion of Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh at a meeting on planning and mobilising investment capital for a number of airports.

- Kien Giang intensifies fight against illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing (Lao dong, P1).

- Yen Bai hosts ceremony to receive UNESCO certificate recognising Xoe Thai as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity (Sunday Nhan dan, P1).

- Vietnam among 10 best destinations for Germans to escape winter (Sunday Nhan dan, P8). German travel news site has listed Vietnam among the ten most charming destinations for German holiday-makers to explore and escape the upcoming winter in Europe.

- Phong Dien – Can Tho eco-tourism festival entices visitors (Sunday Quan doi Nhan dan, P8). The event opened on September 24 in response to World Tourism Day 2022 (September 27).
